In addition to the villa rental, we offer a number of optional extras. All the optional extras are offered to help your vacation preparation that little bit easier and your vacation even more enjoyable.
Pool & spa heating	$20.00/£12.00 per night plus 13% Florida taxes 5 nights* minimum charge recommended October to April	If pool heating is not pre-booked an additional one off charge of $25 will be made to you by my Management Company, as they will have to make a special visit out to the villa to turn the pool heating on. When pool heating is purchased the* pool is heated to a temperature of 86F and the spa to 100F (when switched into spa mode). The external air temperature affects the operation of the heat pump and when the external temperature drops below 55F the pool heating pump will not operate to the same degree of efficiency and therefore the temperatures will be reduced.
Broadband internet access	$15/£8 per week plus 13% Florida taxes	Minimum one weeks rental
Crib and high chair sets	Free of charge for 1st set $3 per day plus 13% Florida taxes for any further sets
Mid stay cleans End of stay clean (stays of less than 7 nights.)	$70.00 mid stay clean $70.00 end of stay clean Plus 13% Florida taxes
