## This weekly rate is based on a party of 2 - 6 people
(inc. children). For parties of 7 or 8 people, an additional charge of $70
plus tax or £43.51 will be added.
*Whilst these are our currents rates, they are subject to availability and
they maybe subject to review at anytime and a rate will not be fixed until
a booking has been confirmed with us.
We offer
stays of anything from 4 nights or more, to obtain the daily rate divide by
7 but please be aware that stays of less than 7 nights are subject to an
end of stay clean.
You can
start your stay on any day of the week, we do not stipulate a Saturday
arrival. |
Prices Include
The basic rental of the villa for the
duration of your stay.
End of stay clean for stays of 7 nights or more.
Use of linens and towels for the duration of your stay.
A toilet roll per bathroom and several
small soaps to get you started.
Use of the appliances in the home during your stay.
Hot water.
Local, national and international telephone calls.
1 cot/highchair set (if required)
Services of the local Management Company.
Prices Do Not Include
Pool and spa heating in Winter. We
recommend you take pool heating between the months of October & April.

Any travel
costs or vehicle rental costs required for your vacation.
Any travel or belongings insurance.
Theme park tickets.
Food, washing powder, softener, dishwasher powder, cleaning products,
additional toilets rolls and soaps.
Mid stay clean or daily maid service, see
optional extras.
An end of stay clean charge for stays of 6 nights or less or any other
items listed under optional extras
