Orlando Vacation Villas are a Husband and Wife team who live in the UK and we purchased our
first villa in 1998 when we ourselves vacationed in Florida and stayed in
a similar home. We were so delighted with our rental home that we decided
that this was something we wanted to do ourselves. So armed with all the
area knowledge and our trusty Realtor, we went in search of 'our perfect
home'. Well that all seems like a long time ago now and we now feel that
we have the perfect villas and ideal location to offer our
guests.
We have learned a great deal about villa rental in the last 8 years and
feel that our experience has given us a good understanding of what people
are looking for when choosing their vacation home. We consider ourselves
very lucky to own two lovely homes on Oak Island Cove at Formosa Gardens
Estates, just 3.4 miles from the entrance to Disney's Animal Kingdom and
when the main feature of your vacation is to visit the area Theme parks,
then it is very important to be based just a short drive away.
We also consider that while our guests are looking for a great location,
they also want their vacation home to be much more than a motel room. The
colour schemes of our own homes have been
carefully chosen and the homes have been personally furnished by us, usually on a 2 week tour of the
excellent Florida shops and with additional help from our excellent
interior designers that we have met in Florida and our Management Company,
we think the results speak for themselves.
